
Ms. Brady’s focus of practice includes commercial litigation, business transactions, and dispute settlement. Ms. Brady has a passion for helping businesses resolve legal challenges they may face so their businesses can flourish. Her clients include biotech companies, semiconductor manufacturers, tech startups, international distributors, restaurant owners, professional service firms, international hospitality companies, suppliers, and technology licensees. Ms. Brady has helped numerous businesses resolve disputes and manage risks across a wide range of business-related initiatives.
She has worked with clients from South Korea, China, Vietnam, Russia, India, and the United States. Ms. Brady has lived and worked in Kazakhstan and South Korea and fluently speaks three languages. With her global experience, Ms. Brady is readily equipped to help businesses from diverse countries and cultures. In the past, Ms. Brady has worked in the Astana City Court in Kazakhstan, as well as a department head of a community service organization in South Korea, and after bar admissions in the U.S., with a litigation firm in Northern California.
She is licensed to practice law in California, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
